Finian is a very strange looking [[Cobrall]] who travels [[Neopia]] collecting all manner of things. Sometimes, most notably at Easter, he passes through the [[Petpet Park]] looking for Clucken Eggs. His sneaky tactics have earned him a bad reputation with local farmers like [[Mellee]], though their rivalry dates back to when they were children, competing to have the best stamp collection. Most of Finian's present collection was inherited from his late father, [[Finian, Sr]].
