The Spoppy is a Petpet that can only be obtained by combining a Poppit and a Spyder in the Cooking Pot. They were released on October 2, 2000.
There are also Spoppy II and Spoppy III existing in the servers, but they are not normal items and were created from a glitch with the cooking pot. The "Spoppy II"" is available through the PetPet Laboratory Ray. It is rumored the there is only one Spoppy III was created and only one player has this item.
