Balthazar is a Lupe bounty hunter who captures Faeries with magical bottles, selling them for huge profits. Balthazar was abandoned by his family on the edge of the Haunted Woods as a child. He crawled through the twisted forest hungry and thirsty until he came upon a clearing where the purple lights of Dark Faeries could be seen. Asking for help, they laughed started picking up stones and twigs, throwing them at Balthazar as he ran away yelping and crying. He somehow managed to survive in the woods after living many years alone, and he never forgot what the faeries did to him that day.
