The Tiki Tack Man runs the Tombola game and the Tiki Tack. You can also fight him in the Battledome.
The Tiki Tack Man isn't a Neopet or a Faerie as far as anyone can tell. If such a thing wasn't allowed in Neopets, it would be said he is human, however, the Neopets Team has made no claims if this is true or not.
He is a Hero in the Neopets TCG, and his element is fire.
