As a general rule Blumaroos are a friendly, happy-go-lucky bunch who enjoy playing games and bouncing around in the sunshine.
Blumaroos are native to a small island appropriately named Roo Island, which is just off the coast of Neopia Central. The Island is ruled by the naïvely benevolent King Roo and his possibly malevolent councillor, Advisor Broo.
