King Hagan

King Hagan is the Skeith ruler of the Brightvale, a Kingdom adjacent to King Skarl's, his brother's, Kingdom of Meridell. From his castle, he runs the game Wise Old King and commits himself to a life of study. He is seen by his subjects as a brilliant ruler who encourages learning in his realm. Some nations are put off by his haughtiness.
