It was a one of Archos' Werhonds which stole the Wand of Wishing from Megan in Petpet Adventures: The Wand of Wishing. The Werhond was released on Neopets on October 25th, 2009. - While the Werhond looks wolf-like with hooves, the Whinny is a horse-like Petpet with paws.
