Chuffer Bob is a Meerca Cheat! player. He is a good player, but when he is hungry he can't concentrate, making him fidget. Others like to play against Chuffer Bob because it's easy to know when he is cheating.
In Cheat!, he is opponent number 4, and of medium difficulty to play against.
