Psellia doesn’t come down to Neopia often, preferring to spend all her time in the clouds. Instead, she sends messages to the world below through her magic [[Harris]], giving them little gifts to bestow to those worthy of her attentions.

'''Psellia''' (also known as ''The Dreamer'') is an [[Air Faerie]] [[hero]]. She is one of the founders of [[Altador]] and helped [[Meridell]] defeat [[Lord Kass]]. She doesn't come down to [[Neopia]] often, preferring instead to spend her time among the clouds and send messages below with her [[Harris]].


Not much is known about this mysterious air faerie who aided [[Meridell]] during their war against the forces of [[Lord Kass]]. It was through her efforts that the dark clouds were whisked away, and the sun shone down on the brave knights of Meridell as they attacked the citadel.

It was also Psellia who rescued [[Jeran]], Meridell's greatest knight, as he fell from the Citadel after being thrown off by Lord Kass. Thanks to her, Jeran was brought back to Meridell Castle safely.
Psellia blew away the dark clouds shrouding [[Darigan Citadel]] when [[Jeran]] led a direct assault on it. She also saved Jeran when he fell from the Citadel, bringing him back to Meridell Castle at the conclusion of the plot.


Psellia was also one of [[Altador]]'s great heroes, nicknamed ''The Dreamer''.

Psellia is one of the 12 founders of Altador, a fact discovered during the [[Altador Plot]]. Her constellation is The Dreamer.
During the Altador Plot, users were guided by a series of puzzles to restore the city's history, which had been concealed by Jerdana to prevent the Darkest Faerie rewriting it with herself as sole founder. These puzzles involved finding constellations representing each of the twelve founding heroes. Psellia's constellation, representing a [[Faerie]] sleeping, was the second to be found, released on 1 April. The clue is in the gaps between the clouds above the city.  


The [[Book of Ages]] revealed that Psellia had been asked to join [[King Altador|Altador]] after she saved a [[Blumaroo]] who fell from a cloud in [[Faerieland]] by flying after him, grabbing hold, and slowing their fall.
