These [[quest]]s are given out by Uber Faeries, extra powerful versions of the basic [[Faerie]]s. Uber Faeries ask users to retrieve [[item]]s for them and in return they give a random one of the user's pets a certain stat-related reward, the exception being the Earth Faerie's quest, the reward for which is not stat-related. Unlike similar quests, such as the [[Esophagor]]'s or [[Jhudora]]'s, one cannot use the [[Shop Wizard|shop wizard]] while on one, but to compensate, there are no time limits.

To complete a quest, one must go to the HQ with the requested item in the user's inventory and click the form button to hand the item over.  
Faerie quests first became available on April 12, 2000.  There are currently thirteen types of faeries that give out quests.  Each type of faerie requests a different kind of item and gives out a different reward.  To complete a faerie quest, the user must place the requested item in their [[inventory]] and then press the "Give her the item" button on the [http://www.neopets.com/quests.phtml faerie quest page].  If a user does not want to complete an assigned quest, they may cancel the quest at any time by pressing the "Abandon this quest" button on the faerie quest page.


Earth Faerie Quests are usually considered not worth the expense, as she ask for magic items, which are usually very expensive, and in return feeds one's pets, which is a low-cost activity.

Each of the six Uber Faeries asks for a random item of a certain type. Below is a list of each Uber Faerie, what types of items they ask for, and which stat they improve.

The last faerie that gives out quests is [[Delina]], the Crafting Faerie.  Delina's quests work differently than those of the other faeries. When Delina gives out a quest, she will ask the user to bring her two specific crafting materials. These crafting materials are exclusively sold in the [[NC Mall]], and they cost 75 NC each.  If the user brings Delina the two requested items, she will fashion them into an exclusive [[wearable]] NC item.

While [[Taelia]], [[Jhudora]], and [[Illusen]] are both Faeries who request items, their quests are different in several ways, because they are undertaken at the discretion of the user: they have a time limit, the shop wizard can be used, they can only be done every twelve hours, and their rewards are part of a fixed set of items.
