The Notice Board is the classified ads section of Neopets, accessed from the shop bar seen in Neopia Central and in shops. Users may pay Neopoints to have their Neopets-related ad put up consisting of their text and (allowed) HTML, to advertise their shop, Guild, or other items of interest. The more Neopoints that the poster pays for the ad (with a maximum allowed of four million Neopoints), the higher up in the listing the ad is placed.
