Oscar is a Kougra who, unlike Bruno, had a muscular body. When he saw Bruno with Lily, Oscar's girlfriend, he punched Bruno. After that Bruno took a magic potion from Mr. Krawley and became stronger.
After Neovia was cursed Oscar was seen in the spirit circle summoning the spirit of slumber. It is unknown what he wished for but he was very fat during the summoning
