The Spoppy is a species of Petpet that can be created by combining a Poppit and a Spyder in the Cooking Pot.
There are also Spoppy II and Spoppy III existing in the servers, but they are not normal items and were created from a glitch with the cooking pot. The Spoppy II is available through the Petpet Lab Ray. It is rumored that only one Spoppy III was created and only one player has this item.
