"I'm here to introduce you to Neopets"
Nilo is a Yellow Kacheek who guides users through the Neopets Tutorial. He explains the basics about the site's interface and introduces shopping, neocash, customisation and caring for a Neopet. At the end of the tutorial, if the user is logged in, Nilo can give them a Tutorial Certificate of Completion.
