After the Theme Parks shut down, Mr. Chuckles continued to practice tricks hoping that one day his audience would return.  Sadly, his audience never came back.  Bitter, Mr. Chuckles decided to become a villain and built a secret laboratory.  There he created multiple dangerous weapons, including a [[Wikipedia:Joy buzzer|joy buzzer]] that throws electro-blasts and pies that turn people into mind-controlled clowns.

[[Image:Medal Chuckles.gif|left]]One day, Mr. Chuckles went on a rampage and attacked a city in [[Neopia]].  At Defenders Headquarters, [[Judge Hog]] learned of the attack and decided to personally intervene.  Judge Hog flew to the location of the attack and confronted Mr. Chuckles.  The heroic [[Moehog]] was easily able to dodge Mr. Chuckles electro-blasts, forcing the clown to change strategy.  Instead of using electro-blasts, the evil clown threw special pies at several bystanders, turning them into mind-controlled clowns.  He then ordered these mind-controlled citizens to attack Judge Hog.  Judge Hog was quickly overwhelmed and captured.  Later, Mr. Chuckles brought the captured Judge Hog back to his laboratory.  There he revealed that he was sick of everyone not taking him seriously as a villain, and that by destroying Judge Hog, he would finally get the respect he deserved.  Mr. Chuckles then began to lower Judge Hog  into a pit of vicious [[Noil]]s.  After the user defeated Mr. Chuckles in the [[Battledome]], Judge Hog was freed and he was able to subdue the villainous Kacheek.
