Scruffy[edit]
During the time of Old Maraqua, there was a species of Petpet known as the Scruffy. Shortly after the destruction of Maraqua, all of these Scruffy Petpets were converted into Slugawoos. Petpets that were attached to a Neopet during this conversion were not effected by the change. This means that there are still a few users that have a Scruffy attached to one of their Neopets. Whenever one of these remaining Scruffy Petpets is removed from its Neopet, it is immediately converted into a Slugawoo.
