The Buzz Avenger is a Blue Buzz who acts as a superhero. He flies high through an unknown city looking for injustice, seeking to make the world a better place for everyone. (It's possible the city is somewhere in Meridell due to the medieval theme of the building in his NeoDeck card), or it's simply one of the many locations he patrols. It's unknown if he's associated with the Defenders of Neopia.
