Ginny is a young Blue Acara whose red bike was stolen by the Pant Devil in the first Defenders of Neopia mission of Series 1.
Ginny was cycling in the woods near her home when the Pant Devil scared her and stole her bike, prompting her to seek help from Judge Hog and the Defenders later that day. When the Pant Devil was defeated, her bike was returned to her.
