To have your account ''suspended'' means that you can't use it for a certain period of time. Essentially, you are temporarily [[Frozen|frozen]]. Suspension is used as a disciplinary tool by [[The Neopets Team]]. According to the [[Neopets Terms and Conditions]], your account can be suspended for up to 72 hours, during which time you will be unable to log on or access your account in any way.
