==Battledome==
The Chia Clown carries a weak weapon assortment, with none of his weapons doing over four icons of damage. Generally defence won't be much of a problem against Chia Clown, leaving the player to focus on offense. He does, however, carry Downsize Power Plus, which blocks all damage for one turn, so a player should wait until after he's used that to use a Single Use or Once Per Battle item.

The Chia Clown is a Yellow Chia and one of the many one-player challengers that users can fight in the Battledome. Like Mr. Chuckles, the Chia Clown was an entertainer at the Theme Parks before they closed down. Despite being a clown and a prankster, the Chia Clown isn't very funny, which causes him to get bullied and teased by other Neopets.
