Karma is mainly theoretical but does exist to some extent in Neopets. For example, if you refuse a [[Faerie Quest]], the chance of you getting another one is decreased. In fact, for 10 minutes after you refuse, it is non-existent. However, that statement is a unique case, as it is directly stated that a limit will be placed. It is currently unknown whether other activities will increase luck.
