The '''Ravenous Monster''' was an insect-like challenger from the [[Journey to the Lost Isle]] plot. The creature first terrorised the adventurers in the 2nd chapter - whether the creature was a unique resident of the mysterious Island or one of a species is not known. It turned out that, instead of attacking Lillian as he was thought about to do, it pounced onto another giant insect-like creature, most likely a ladyblurg.
The '''Ravenous Monster''' is one of the gargantuan [[Petpetpet]]s that lives on [[Monster Isle]].  It appears to be an overgrown [[Skritch]]. At the end of the second chapter of the [[Journey to the Lost Isle]] plot, the Ravenous Monster appeared before the adventurers and reared to attack [[Lilian Fairweather]]. However, instead of attacking Lilian, the Ravenous Monster attacked a giant [[Lady Blurg]] that was standing behind her.
