Plesio (from plesiosaur, a Jurassic period marine reptile) is a Tyrannian Flotsam and was a member of the council of elders. He was the captain of Tyrannia's sea division during The Tyrannian Invasion, and currently looks after the Wheel of Mediocrity. He was given an art update on July 21, 2010, although he is still visible in the Town Hall in his original design.
