The Huggy is a Petpet released on (need date), which gives a hug to anyone it sees, and can be overly friendly to the point of being annoying. As of October 2006, they can be found on the Shop Wizard for as low as 20k Neopoints. They can also be combined with a Cool Purple Teddy Bear at the Cooking Pot to create a Huggy Bear.
