Flotsam enjoy swimming in the oceans and rivers of [[Neopia]], but they can move just as well on land if they need to. They are quick, and can sense danger by studying the temperature of waters and the movement in the clouds. And even in the coldest of climates, they always find a way to have fun. It is believed they cannot breathe underwater like the real-life dolphin, and must come back to the surface for another breath of air.
