The '''Pant Devil''' is an evil creature (or one of a species of evil creatures, see '[[Pant Devil#Trivia|Trivia]]' below) who appears in a [[Random Event]] to steal items from [[Neopet]]s users' inventories. Rather than fight its victims, the Pant Devil prefers to leave them weakened and let others finish them off as it runs off with all the possessions. Spotted all over [[Neopia]], he also appears as a "prize" for the [[Wheel of Excitement]] and [[Wheel of Misfortune]], stealing a random item from a users inventory.


There is an item available from the [[Underwater Fishing]] activity called the ''Pant Devil Attractor'', which is stolen by the Pant Devil and [[Grundo Leader]] preferentially to other items.  
The '''Pant Devil''' is an blue, ghost-like creature that has red eyes, a pair of small horns, and one row of sharp teeth. He appears in a [[random event]] in which he steals a randomly selected [[item]] from the user's [[inventory]].  The Pant Devil tends to avoid direct conflict.  Instead, he simply steals all of his victim's possessions, leaving them vulnerable.

The Pant Devil has been spotted all over [[Neopia]].  He is the first opponent featured in Series 1 of the [[Defenders of Neopia]], and he is also a boss in the [[Games Room|game]] [[NeoQuest II]].  The Pant Devil also appears as a space on both the [[Wheel of Excitement]] and [[Wheel of Misfortune]].  If a user lands on either of these Pant Devil spaces, the Pant Devil will appear and steal a random item from the user's inventory.

While [[Ginny]] was out on her new bike, the Pant Devil snuck up on her and stole it from her, quickly taking it away. He was soon afterwards caught and defeated by someone from the [[Defenders of Neopia]], and Ginny's bike was returned.

There are two separate, extremely powerful Pant Devil bosses in [[NeoQuest II]]. Each of them are seemingly a bodyguard for King Terask, as each guards part of the key to [[King Terask]]. They are found in [[Faerieland]], part 5 of the game. Both Pant Devils have 2,000 hp and are high magic users with Self Hasting, Enemy Group Damage, Enemy Individual Damage, and Enemy Slowing. Each is in a separate tower of the Faerie Palace. They provide the final droppable weapons in the game, with the strongest average skill bonuses for each.
Players must fight two powerful Pant Devils in the [[Faerieland]] portion of the game NeoQuest II.  Each Pant Devil holds half of the silver key needed to open the east tower of the [[faerie]] castle. After defeating both Pant Devils, users can bring the two key halves to [[Vitrini]] who will meld them into a fully formed key.  This key can then be used to open the east tower, allowing the player to go fight [[King Terask]].
