Purpose
To easily display "new" Random Event types.
Use

- img
- The random event's image URL. If there happens to be none, fill this section with " " (No quotes, no bolding)
- REbg
- The image URL for the events background, like http://images.neopets.com/shh/bg/32fh849i.jpg>, for instance.
- text
- The random event's text.
