| Spivey the [[Mallard]] is [[Admiral Gully]]'s First Mate in the [[Petpet Park]]. He invites passersby to help out in the never-ending battle between the Admiral and the pirate [[Captain Arf]]. Spivey was once good friends with [[Shangles]], the deckhand onboard Captain Arf's ship. However, the battle between the Captain and the Admiral has meant that Spivey and Shangles rarely see each other. Spivey seems to have a plan that might mend the rift, but it is still in the development stages.
