Voughn was a Blue Kau explorer and one of the five members of the team that volunteered to help hide the mysterious Clockwork Negg and the four decoy neggs. According to the journal Zaira found during the 2012 Festival of Neggs event, Voughn insisted on taking the Cloud Negg to Altador because the whirring of the Clockwork Negg's gears made it difficult for him to sleep.
