Vanderbart Biggsby, styling himself as Apple Bobbing Bart, is a Green Gnorbu originally from Neovia. He hosts the Apple Bobbing booth at the Haunted Faire in the Haunted Woods in October, which moves to Neovia after the Faire ends. In several instances he's hinted at being an unsavory character, emphasized by his hat which he is very protective of.
