Inflatable Balthazar is a 1-Player battledome opponent, but he's not a real 1-Player battledome opponent.

Similar to Punchbag Bob, Inflatable Balthazar doesn't actually fight. Instead he takes damage and dies with his measly amount of HP.
Neopians use Inflatable Balthazar in the following ways:
- To restore a Neopet to full HP after fighting him.
- Pad their 1-Play battledome record.
- Weapon testing.
The last purpose is mostly useless, however, for many reasons. First, since Inflatable Balthazar doesn't attack, a weapon cannot be tested for it's defensive capabilities. Second, when an opponents defense is significantly lower than the Neopians attack, more icons show up than usual, misleading the Neopian about the weapons true icons.
