Flutter is a lovely ( probably ) female [[Aisha]] even though you dont see lashes. As a baby she fell into the [[Rainbow Pool]] and grew enormus red wings and the ability to change [[colors]]. There is no exact answer to where she lives but it's probably either [[Neopia Central]] because the [[Rainbow Pool]] or [[Faerieland]] because the [[Rainbow Fountain]] and of course lot's of flowers.According to the picture Flutter loves flowers.It is unknown if Flutter can change [[species]] as well as color.It is also unknown if she can changed into retired and or exclusive colors like [[robot]] or change into non-aisha form colors. | |||

Little is known about this elusive Aisha. It isn't known where she lives or what she does, we only know so far that she likes flowers. Flutter fell into the Rainbow Pool when she was a baby, since then she has gigantic faerie wings, and the ability to change colours whenever she wishes.
