::It's now April 2nd in Australia and I'm still getting the lower interest rate.  Was it really just for April fools day, or is it permanent.  I was at 11.5% and I'm now at 10.5%. -sam.
:::As I said, you're not actually getting the lower rate.  The lower rate said I was supposed to get only 2114 NP, but I got 2315 instead. The change was actually made starting the evening of the 31st and has persisted despite the removal of the other April Fool's stuff.  Of course, I can't guarantee that it's just a joke but I'm guessing that if they really meant it, you'd only be getting the lower amound. -[[User:Cath|Cath]] 13:57, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

The Bank now has the Diamond Deposit Plus at 1/4 million and the Gold level at 1/2 million. I am not there yet so I don't know the interest rate. Please help provide these numbers. Thanks. Lobster101 21:22, 26 Jan 2007 (CST)

Edited for Clarity[edit]

I hope this conveys what was meant. It took me several read-throughs to understand the usefulness of the information provided. I'm still considering whether the chart would be better served with the APR as the left column. -Cath 13:45, 21 Sep 2007 (UTC)

I wondered about the information myself and if it should be here, due to the fact users can figure maths for themselves...though I suppose it's interesting to note. and yes, does need to be looked over, as with the rest of the article. It's on my watchlist. ;) --Jacob 15:45, 21 Sep 2007 (UTC)

On April 1st, 2009, as part of the TNT April Fools Day joke, they randomly changed interest rates on bank accounts.

Actually not random... they were dropped by one point each. The drop was only in the numbers, though, not real. A user still got the NP they should have gotten. :) -Cath 08:15, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
It's now April 2nd in Australia and I'm still getting the lower interest rate. Was it really just for April fools day, or is it permanent. I was at 11.5% and I'm now at 10.5%. -sam.
As I said, you're not actually getting the lower rate. -Cath 13:57, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
