The Wocky Professor is a Yellow Wocky scientist who crashed his time machine in Tyrannia on 9 April 2001. While there, he set quests for players to bring him certain Tyrannian foods to help him repair the machine.
When the map of the Plateau was updated in August 2001, the time machine disappeared, so the Professor presumably fixed it and returned to his own time.
