Xandra is a Speckled Xweetok scholar from the Haunted Woods in the plot The Faeries' Ruin. She (or someone that has possessed her or taken her form) was responsible for turning King Altador, the old Ogrin and Jazan into stone, and most likely the Faeries as well.
Plot summary
The Faeries' Ruin

Xandra is a powerful witch who travelled to Faerieland to investigate the stone Faeries. Hanso, the thief, stole several of her magical belongings before she was called upon by King Altador, at which time the two confronted each other. Later, Xandra escaped from a cave together with Hanso and Brynn, and solicited the help of the plot's heroes in casting a counter-spell with the artefact that Brynn found.
The spell she was casting (with Brynn and Hanso) was revealed to have turned the other heroes to stone. It is currently unknown if Xandra herself is the antagonist, if she has been possessed, or if a shapeshifter has taken her form.
