King Quan was the ruler of the Ancient [[Cyodrake]] [[Cyodrake Kingdom|Kingdom]]. In order to protect his people, he searched for a [[Sword of the Cyodrake King|magical sword of legend]]. He found the sword within the [[Cyodrake Temple]], but an ancient curse had been placed upon it meaning only the pure of heart could touch it. Because the King's search for the sword had become so obsessive, his heart had a little bit of darkness in it and he fell under the curse, becoming trapped within the temple. Thankfully, he was eventually freed from the curse when someone pure of heart came along.

King Quan the Yellow Cyodrake was the ruler of an ancient Cyodrake Kingdom located somewhere inside Petpet Park. He was cursed while on the quest for the magical Sword of the Cyodrake King inside the Cyodrake Temple.
