Banks is the old Meowclops groundskeeper of Founder's Cemetery in Petpet Park, taking over the job his father, Banks Sr. previously held. He needs help to clean the cemetery and will ask visitors to lend a hand.

Banks is getting on in years, and isn't as mobile as he used to be. As a result, he often asks visitors to help him clean up the graveyard. Lately, Banks has become concerned that the Bog may be dying, as he has seen less ghosts around than usual.
