The Oukin is an owl-like Petpet that was introduced during the grand opening of Petpet Park on August 28, 2008. Oukins have large sensitive ears that enable them to hear the distress calls of others and come to their aid if they can. Although peaceful by nature, Oukins can let out a high-pitched shriek when agitated.
Like the other Petpets that were introduced during the Petpet Park Plot, Dipnis are currently not available as items.
