The Chocolate Factory is shop in Neopia Central which sells candy and chocolate themed food items. It is owned by an unnamed Yellow Kiko.

The Chocolate Factory hosts the Annual Chocolate Ball every September 15th.

Users can obtain a chocolate themed secret avatar by buying an item from the Chocolate Factory that has a rarity of 90 or higher. This avatar was released September 15, 2003.
Both the shopkeeper and the shop's description are references to Willy Wonka of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory fame.
