The Floobix is a Petpet that can only been obtained by a lucky zap from the Petpet Lab Ray. It is a colourful Petpet that resembles a bird. Because Petpets that have been zapped by the Petpet Lab Ray revert back to their original form when removed from their Neopet, the Floobix can not be placed in a user's inventory and thus cannot be sold or traded.
Like the Weebly, the file name for the Floobix's image suggests that it was originally intended to be Lutari Island Petpet.
