Trivia

• The Anubis's description, which states that the petpet will "try not to judge you in any way," is most likely a reference to an Ancient Egyptian myth in which the god Anubis would weigh a person's heart after death to judge whether or not they had led a just life.
• In the game Neopets Puzzle Adventure, an Anubis petpet can be used to convert a token into the opposite colour and cause chains.
