The Notice Board is the classified ads section of Neopets, accessed from the shop bar seen in Neopia Central and in shops. Users may pay neopoints to have their neopets-related ad put up, to advertise their shop, Guild or other items of interest. The more neopoints paid (maximum allowed of 4 million neopoints), the higher up in the listing the ad is placed.
