They create off-topic boards on the [[NeoBoard]]s that usually get them frozen. They are found on all boards but are highly concentrated on the newbie boards, as are all n00bs.

-These n00bs ask to borrow or have a rare [[Item]]/[[Neopet]]. They ask if they can have an expensive item like a [[Paint Brush]] or an [[Avatar]] item. Very rarely do they get what they ask for, but on occasion they get lent the avatar item, and sometimes never return it. They are found mostly on the Avatar and [[Battledome]] NeoBoards, but can be found on any board.
