The Wand of the Dark Faerie is one of the ultimate weapons in [[Neopia]], but because of it's rarity it is hardly seen in the battledome.  For the price of the wand, one could buy a top-level battledome weapon set. It attacks for 22 dark icons and 1-10 physical icons, for a maximum of 32 icons. It reflects 75% of light damage. The wand will heal 20% of your max hit points, if your pet's hp are below 20% of its max when you use the wand. Although this weapon does heal, it does not take up a healing slot, which alone makes it a great weapon to equip.
