'''Happy Valley Ice Cream''', or the '''Ice Cream Cart''', is a special [[shop]] that appeared in [[Happy Valley]] in [[Terror Mountain]] on 26 December 2004. It is operated by [[Mr. Chipper]], a [[blue]] [[Lutari]]. It sells nine different types of ice creams. 

Unlike most shops, the Happy Valley Ice Cream does not accept [[neopoints]], or even [[dubloons]] like shops on [[Krawk Island]]. Mr. Chipper only accepts ice cream tokens, [[items]] that can be bought from other users or from doing quests for [[Taelia]] the [[Faerie|Snow Faerie]].
