[[Donna Williams]] (also known as ''Poptart'' and Donna Powell) is the co-founder of [[Neopets, The Website|Neopets]] alongside [[Adam Powell]]. Born December 10, 1978 in England, Donna used to focus on the creative development (such as artwork and [[New Features]]) and marketing of the Neopets website (Neopets real life merchandise). When Neopets first began, Donna took care of the artwork for the site, and drew the first [[Chia]]. She also helped create [[plot]]s, oversaw the [[Neopets Magazine]] and contributed to questions in the editorial of the [[Neopian Times]]. On September 27, 2008, she and [[Adam Powell]] got married after 12 years of being friends.

Prior to Neopets, Donna was a marketing manager for [http://www.shoutad.com Shout! Advertising] from September 1997 to July 1999, responsible for internet advertising, sales/services, and graphic/web design. From July 1999 to early 2000, Williams worked at [[Wikipedia:Speedyclick.com|Speedyclick.com]].

Adam and Donna founded [http://www.meteorgames.com/ Meteorgames] in 2007. Thus both no longer work for Neopets as of 2008.

Donna has two cats and a [[Wikipedia:Cockatiel|cockatiel]]. She enjoys music (her favourite band [http://www.coastofficial.com Coast] as [http://neopets.com/search.phtml?selected_type=pet&string=thyassa shown] on one of her [[Neopet Lookup]]s), going out with friends and playing computer games.
