The Gnorbu is a Llama-like Neopet released on January 6, 2006. Gnorbu known for their spirited sense of humour, and enjoy making others laugh even if it's at their own expense. Despite its natural lack of agility, the Gnorbu has a kind heart and a good-natured outlook that can win it many friends. They also enjoy social activities such as browsing through shops in Neopia Central or eating with their closest friends.

The Gnorbu was originally made public under the name Llamameeah, as part of the April Fool's joke in 2005. Several months after voting was held for what April Fool's Neopet to release, a few images of the Gnorbu appeared on the image servers. It is the least popular of the Neopets not Limited Edition. As of April 2007, with over 790 thousand in existence.

Trivia
*As of April 2007, there were over 790 thousand Gnorbu created, placing them 44th in popularity our of 54 Neopets. They are also 27 different items which feature the Gnorbu, and they come in 18 different colours.
*Some users have suggested that, as the Gnorbu is the least popular non-limited edition pet, it would have been better had TNT and the voters should of chosen another of the proposed Neopets.
The Xweetok is a chipmunk-like Neopet released on November 30, 2005. Originating from the forests of Neopia, they make their homes in hollowed out trees and logs, and are quite agile. Xweetoks enjoy being chased, and often indulge in games such as 'Tag' or 'Hide 'n' Seek' with others of its species. It has small claws on the tips of its paws, allowing it to climb steep crevices that seem difficult to other species.

The Xweetok was newly added to the website rather unexpectedly, and came with mixed reactions. Many members enjoyed it due to its likeness to real-life creatures, but with a Neopets-esque, coy look. Others disliked it due to the similarity to the Wocky and Acara. Still others thought that it was poorly drawn, and with people still holding their breath for the April Fool's pet and the Lutari, many found it annoying Neopets had made two new pets (The other being the Ogrin) while they were waiting.

Still, the Xweetok is popular, especially with younger players who are glad to get a cute-looking pet without having to buy a Paint Brush. Others love its Mutant look, which turns it into a rat-like creature. Since it was released, it has shot up the popularity charts, to land at #10 as of April 10, 2007, setting a new record for the fastest-growing new species population.

Plots are stories or events which take place every few months within the world of Neopets in which users can paritipate
to recieve prizes. The majority of current plots are presented in a comic book format. The user can participate in the happenings of the plot as it's presented, or in the climax. Participation is different for each type of plot, being either a series of puzzles or fighting a war in the Battledome.

For plots which involved wars, players are sometimes given the option to choose a side to support, and are given a series of enemies to fight in the Battledome in order to gain points for their side. The Lost Desert Plot, which began in September 2005, did not have a war, but a series of complex puzzles.

Plots usually contain reoccuring characters such as Dr. Frank Sloth, who is prominently featured in several plots.

The Kaus' milk has restorative powers. Gentle and peace loving, Kaus love large green pastures on which it can feed itself. In battle, the Kaus focus is more defensive than offensive, but that doesn't mean it can't still pack a punch. Its horns are good enough to teach those foolish enough to annoy it a lesson they won't forget. Kaus are natural mothers, and should anyone choose to search for one to befriend, look no further than a hospital or community orientated project. Also extremely intelligent, Kaus are known for their magical potion-making ingenuity.
Kaus were one the pets that oringinally were humans. Kaus were Macy Grays, but this was changed for legal resons.

Since this cute pet was released, it has shot up the popularity charts, to land at #13 as of November 25, 2006. An average of about 17 of these cute pets are being born every minute! About 29 thousand per day! This sets a new record for the fastest-growing new species population.

Xweetoks are also popular in the Neopian Times and are used as a symbol of being carefree, comical, and creative.
Trivia
*As of March 2007, 6.5 million Xweetok have been created, placing them 10th in popularity out of 54 Neopets. They are also featured in 38 different items and come in 24 different colours...
The Shoyru is a small dragon-like Neopet released on April 20, 2000. The Shoyru was originally created by a user in a "Create-A-Pet" competition run on the site. Since that time, their design has remained relatively unchanged. Shoyrus are fantastic flyers who love to soar through the skies. Contrary to popular belief, Shoyrus do not breathe fire, and they do in fact possess two eyes.

Need a quick method to travel to the far and distant lands of Neopia? Fancy a winter holiday up in Snow Valley or to visit the home of the faeries in Faerieland? Shoyrus possess naturally evolved powerful wings, which can fly you there before you can say 'holiday'. Shy by nature, this dragonish Neopet is very versatile and is a ferocious fighter, making this seasoned battler a prime candidate for people who visit the battledome to duke it out in a test of strength, skill, speed, defense and agility.

Shoyrus are the most popular pet in Neopia. As of March 2007, 12.9 million Shoyru have been created. Average of 7.2 thousand Shoyrus are born per day.
Trivia
*As of January 2007, there were over 12.7 million shoyrus created, giving them the distinction of being Neopia's most popular pet. They are also featured in 122 different items and come in 45 different colours.
*Shoyru Day is April 2nd.
*In the Neopets TCG, Shoyrus are associated with the element of air.

Since this cute pet was released, it has shot up the popularity charts, to land at #13 as of November 25, 2006. Close to 20 of these cute pets are being born every minute! This sets a new record for the fastest-growing new species population.
