==Events==
Although cancelled, some information about this plot is known: the plot was said to star [[Cylara]], a [[Cybunny]] that was caught up in the return of [[Dr. Sloth]] while on a holiday in the Space Station and joined with a resistance movement headed by [[Gorix]]. These two central characters were to flee the Space Station under pursuit of Dr. Sloth's bounty hunters and arrive on Kreludor, where they were set to make an "amazing discovery". This discovery was intended to involve the link between orange and purple that is maintained across the site. There were also rumours that the Space Station would be destroyed, to be replaced by a newer model based on the design of The Return of Dr. Sloth's logo.

==Revival?==
[[TNT]] were thought to be intending to bring back this plot with the [[The Return of the Return of Dr. Sloth]], but this transpired to be an unrelated flash game. The hype generated by this, which eventually turned out to be an anti-climax, has caused some to dub the plot "the best plot that never happened".

==TCG Expansion==
A [[TCG]] expansion exists to accompany the plot, but like all the trading card expansions, their canonicity with their relevant plot is debatable.

*On November 18, 2004, Dr. Sloth took over part of the news in order to vent his anger over [[Neopia]] preferring the [[Hannah and the Ice Caves (Plot)|Hannah and the Ice Caves]] plot over his.
*A mock ending was made for Hannah and the Ice Caves, where Dr. Sloth appeared and changed [[Hannah]] into a [[Mutant]], claiming revenge against her for cancelling his own plot. A few users were able to catch it before it was reverted to the true ending.
*Even though the plot was cancelled, three of its heroes still made it to the [[Gallery of Heroes]]: Cylara, Gorix, and [[Commander Gormos]].

In the ever growing world of Neopets, it's through plots that it's expanded the most, by introducing new characters, worlds and facts/history of Neopia which each new plot. There are many different examples of plots in Neopets, but the basic premise behind every plot is the same: a story taking place in Neopia is told, and users can participate in some way to receive prizes. Participation is different for each type of plot, which can include puzzle solving, fighting in the [[Battledome]] or a combination of both. Sometimes participation can only happen at certain times of the plot as well, either while the plot is being presented, or at the climax of the story.

One of the more popular participation methods in plots is fighting in the Battledome, in which users fight a series of special [[1-Player Challengers]] for points to be collected for prizes. Sometimes there is an official "war", in which users join with the army of a warring party in the story to fight against another, or even choose opposite sides to fight a users opposite side.

Plots almost always have lasting impressions on the world of Neopia, the most common of which being new worlds for users to explore. Characters new and old are also more defined by plots, and are the driving force by how we understand them. Depending on the world in which the plot takes place, characters make reappearances now and then, the most common of which being [[Dr. Frank Sloth]], the most notorious villain in Neopia.
