One of Altador's 12 great heroes, '''The Darkest Faerie''' is a [[Dark Faerie]] so powerful she was sealed away at the bottom of the sea for 1,000 years by [[Fyora]] after she tried to force the kingdom of [[Altador]] under her rule. Since then her name has been forgotten, and is now simply referred to as the darkest and most evilest of all [[Faerie]]s.

During [[Neopets: The Darkest Faerie]], The Darkest Faerie escaped from her imprisonment under the sea when Jerdana's Orb fell from her neck. Soon after that, she washed up on the shores of [[Meridell]], claiming she was going to make everything dark and twisted. After [[Illusen]]'s charm was stolen by the [[Werelupe King]], nothing could stop The Darkest Faerie from taking over the land, and she quickly covered Meridell in a dark purple cloud, tainting all inhabitants under them with her evil.

The '''Xweetok''' is a [[Neopet]] originating from the forests of [[Neopia]]. They make their homes in hollowed out trees and logs, and are quite agile. Xweetoks enjoy being chased, and often indulge in games such as 'Tag' or 'Hide 'n' Seek' with others of its species.

The Xweetok was newly added to the website rather unexpectedly on November 30, 2005. It came with mixed reactions. Many members enjoyed it due to its likeness to real-life creatures, but with a Neopets-esque, coy look. Others disliked it due to the similarity to the [[Wocky]] and [[Acara]]. Still others thought that it was poorly drawn, and with people still holding their breath for the [[April Fool's]] pet and the [[Lutari]], many found it annoying that Neopets had made two new pets (The other being the [[Ogrin]]) while they were waiting.

Still, the Xweetok is popular especially with younger players who are glad to get a cute-looking pet without having to buy a [[Paint Brush]]. Others love its [[Mutant]] look, which turns it into a rat-like creature.

The '''Lutari''' is an otter-like Neopet, released as a [[Limited Edition]] Neopet on April 19, 2006. Lutari are alert, friendly Neopets who enjoy playing games outside. They are excellent swimmers and spend much of their time in the water. Lutari get very upset at the thought of being left in the [[Neopian Pound]], and will run away to parts unknown if a user even tries.

The Neopet's release was long awaited as images of the Neopet in its four basic colours as well as [[Island]] have been on the image servers for almost a year. The first time a Lutari was officially seen was at the opening of the Happy Valley Ice Cream shop in (need date), whose shopkeeper is a Lutari.

With the release of the Lutari, the launch of [[Lutari Island]], a new [[Neopian]] world which will only be accessible via mobile phones, is expected imminently. It is being developed by the company ''In-fusio'', but little else is known about Lutari Island, which has also been referred to as In-fusio Island. The sequel to [[Snow Wars]]. In this game, there are three stages of gameplay.

In stage one, your goal is to build snow fortresses around your snowmen before time runs out. Each snowman is only protected when completely enclosed within a snow fortress. The snow bricks vary in shape, so you must rotate them with the spacebar in order to get the best fit.

In stage two, you place Grundo-manned catapults within your fortress walls. The number of catapults you are given increases with the game level.

In stage three, the action begins. Your enemies are [[Lupe]]s and [[Snow Beast]]s. The [[Snow Beast]]s man catapults that shoot snowballs at your snowmen, while the Lupes move in on foot and attack your snowmen by biting them. Using your mouse, you target the enemies and click on them to direct your Grundos to shoot.

If you destroy all the enemy catapults before your snowmen die, you move onto the next level, which begins again at stage one with reparation and building of your snow fortresses. During this placement of more snow blocks, however, the enemies continue to move closer and shoot at your snowmen. If you fail to fully enclose at least one snowman within a fortress, the game is over.
