Items in the hidden tower are extremely rare, and go for millions of [[neopoints]]. They are considered Artifacts and can not be obtained through [[random events]].

These items paint your [[neopet]] wonderful and exciting colours. You can buy the basic colours from users shops, and others from the hidden tower, trades and auctions. They can also be found in rare random events! Stone and Glass were replaced some time by Island and Tyrannian Paint Brushes so you cannot paint your pet with them anymore.

The Fountain Faerie is also called the Rainbow Faerie because she lives in the Rainbow Fountain, found in [[Faerieland]].

The Fountain Faerie may give you a [[quest]], which requires you to fetch her a certain item, usually very valuable. As a reward for completing the quest, the Fountain Faerie will allow you to change the [[colour]] of the [[Neopet]] of your choice, (though with some exceptions), such as [[Royal]] and [[MSP]]. If you are NOT on her [[quest]] then her fountain will appear NOT WORKING.

==Notes==
Because of the rising cost of [[Paint Brush]]es the Fountain Faerie is often a lot cheaper than other options to change the [[colour]] of your pet. For this reason the [[Quest]]s are often anticipated by the players. The Fountain faerie is often confused with the [[Water Faerie]] but if you are on a [[Water Faerie]] [[quest]] you will NOT receive access to the Rainbow Fountain for completing it.
